TUI Blue Barut Andız 4*, Side
Suitable for: those who appreciate peace of mind
Compact boutique hotel with 130 rooms is located in Side, 150 meters from the sea. In 2024, it underwent a partial renovation: the design of the bedrooms, textiles and TVs in the rooms were changed. The rest has remained the same so far: a large swimming pool, a fitness room and a well-maintained private beach.
The hotel operates according to the “All Inclusive” and accepts guests over the age of 16. The territory is small and clean, there is no noisy animation — ideal for those who like a relaxing holiday. The main restaurant serves meat, fish and seafood buffet style, while the pool bar offers popular cocktails.
The hotel’s special feature is its convenient location: the ancient ruins of Side can be reached within a 10—minute walk along the boardwalk. Due to the silence, good service and affordable price, the rooms here are sorted even during early booking.
Barut B Suites 4*, Side
Suitable for: families with young children
Since 2016, this hotel has been one of the most popular among family tourists from Russia and neighboring countries. Its main advantage is a well—thought-out infrastructure for younger guests: two swimming pools with water slides, a mini cinema, wheelchair rental and a Baby Lounge with changing tables and cots.
The rooms are spacious, two-room, with fully equipped kitchens. You can choose meals: breakfast only, half board or All inclusive. An additional advantage is the self—service laundry.
The beach is private, with a wide sandy strip and a gentle entrance to the sea. There is plenty of entertainment: lawn tennis, aerobics classes, beach volleyball and relaxation at the spa. There is a room with slot machines, a bar and a shop. It’s quiet in the evenings: There are no noisy discos that parents of small children will appreciate.
Barut Goia 5*, Side
Suitable for: families who value comfort
After renovation in 2024, the hotel changed its name and increased its star rating. Now there is an Ultra all-inclusive system: a 24-hour restaurant with a Swedish line, two a la carte restaurants and five bars. You can choose other types of meals: breakfast or half board.
Fitness classes and sports competitions are held during the day, and live music is played in the evenings. The sea is 600 meters away, but if you don’t want to walk, there is a free shuttle to the beach every half hour. There are water slides, a mini club and playgrounds for children.
The rooms are large: the most compact accommodation option is a two—room apartment. This is a room with a separate bedroom and a living room where two sofas turn into children’s beds. Most rooms have updated furniture and capsule coffee machines, and mosquito nets on the windows: sleep will be peaceful.
Barut Hemera 5*, Side
Suitable for: those who love nature and tranquility
This is one of the oldest hotels in the chain — it opened back in 1990. It still remains popular due to the fact that it is located on the first line, has a large green area and operates according to the “Ultra all inclusive” system. Side’s old town is also nearby, and you can walk to the ancient ruins in half an hour.
The hotel has its own equipped beach and 4 heated pools, both for active family swimming and for swimming in silence. You can eat at the main 24-hour restaurant or at four a la carte restaurants. If you want something unusual, the snack bars serve gozleme tortillas, ice cream and sweets.
In 2020, the hotel renovated the rooms and most of the common areas. For example, capsule coffee machines were installed in the rooms, and a snack bar was updated on the beach. The renovation will be fully completed this year.

Arum Barut Collection 5*, Side
Suitable for: classic leisure lovers
This small hotel on the first line has been completely transformed: First, public areas and rooms were renovated here, and last year, swimming pools and a spa center were added. A private rocky beach has been equipped with a wooden pier — it is convenient to dive deeper. There is a boardwalk next to the beach, along which you can walk to the center of the resort.
There are three swimming pools and a lush garden with shaded corners. Activities for every taste: from yoga and zumba to unusual options like archery or boccia. There are also water sports, a fitness room and an indoor swimming pool – you won’t be bored.
For younger guests, there is a mini club with professional animation. Children are taught dancing and parkour, and there are wheelchair rentals and babysitting services for babies. The restaurant has a special children’s menu and high chairs.
Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection 5*, Side
Suitable for: those who need to keep their voices down
This is the first hotel of the chain, which was completely rebuilt in 2016, but retained the special atmosphere and century-old trees. The unusual tick-shaped building ensures that all rooms have a beautiful view of either the sea or the ancient ruins. The rest here is calm and measured — without noisy parties.
You can spend the day by the infinity pool or on the private beach, which is 40 meters away. For active guests there is a tennis court, yoga and water polo, and for relaxation lovers there is a spa with a hammam and live music in the evenings.
“Ultra all inclusive” is here with a special focus on quality. Three a la carte restaurants offer seafood dishes, Italian cuisine and signature desserts. A pastry shop with homemade chocolate and ice cream deserves special attention.
Lara Barut Collection 5*, Antalya
Suitable for: those who don’t like to be bored on vacation
This spacious 110,000 sq.m. hotel has become even more comfortable after renovation in 2022. There are 20 new room categories, ranging from cozy rooms with access to the pool to luxurious penthouses with a Jacuzzi. Special attention is paid to nutrition: 20 restaurants and bars, diet menus and special children’s meals.
The infrastructure is impressive: 9 swimming pools, a modern water park, a semi-Olympic swimming pool and a Blue Flag beach. For active recreation there are tennis courts, squash and 20 other sports. In the evenings, there are shows, movies and live music.
The Bary Star mini Club is open for children, and teenagers will enjoy a special 12+ entertainment area. Adults can relax in the spa area with a Turkish bath and massages, or have a romantic dinner by the water.
Bayou Villas Lara 5*, Antalya

A new complex of 24 villas opened in 2022. Guests are offered a private holiday with the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the Lara Barut Collection hotel. The villas have saltwater pools, orthopedic beds, exercise equipment, saunas and hammams. There are personal tents for relaxation on the beach.
Instead of a buffet, there is a restaurant menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Activities include tennis, yoga, horse riding, cooking classes and Turkish lessons. There are film screenings and trips to the horse farm for children. There is a babysitting service.

The 2024 novelty occupies an entire peninsula on the Aegean coast. The resort is divided into three zones: adult, family and mixed. Each one has its own atmosphere. The coast here is rocky, but it is equipped with convenient piers and sandy access to the sea.
